Mark's Best Actress Challenge

…In relentless pursuit of all performances nominated and won!

You may fully wonder why, as I review these Best Actress nominated films and you faithfully follow along, I do not comment on every single nominated and winning performance in this blog.  Well, because I do not mean to ‘reinvent the wheel’ with this challenge, I am not ‘re-watching’ those performances I have already seen – and therefore you will not always see my commentary on these films.  Much of it is also a matter of time – I would rather devote that time to watching the performances I haven’t seen than those I already have (hope that makes some sense!).  Occasionally, I may revisit a few favorites and offer my comments.

All of that being the case, I figured that you might be curious to know what I have, indeed, already seen!  I offer below the full list… an asterisk * denotes the winning actress of that year.

Pleasantly surprised you’ve already seen “Sunrise”, one of my all-time favorite movies. Too few people have even heard of it.
